Family Pro Bowl

Josh is taking a bowling class at school, which is a one credit class, allowing him to be a full time student with 12 credits in all for this semester. He has really enjoyed it and is now a pro bowler. His highest score is 215. Wow, I am usually lucky if I reach one hundred. Each class takes place at Fat Cats. They get a lecture and than get to bowl and get instruction from their teacher. Well, after class I brought the kids over to play James' first game of bowling.
With the help of daddy and the bumper up, James was quite the beginning pro bowler. It was fun watching him drop the bowl, carry it across the floor and than drop it again, to see it only going at a very very slow pace. The ball was lucky if it reached the pins and knocked any down. He then would follow his ball on the side and watch in pure amazement as it reached the end.
At first James was not one bit interested on putting on these shoes, yet the moment he saw his daddy wearing them, he insisted on putting them on ... FAST. A few times James would start following his ball and booking it on the actual lane. Since they are so slick, he would sadly fall right on his bum bum and it would make him pretty sad. Rachel chilled in my arms or daddy's as we took turns helping James out. James had a blast, as Josh and I just laughed and cheered on our big guy. James completed his first game with a high score of 113, of course with the few strikes from Josh and I. We will be bowling soon I hope. Josh needs to teach me a few pointers on how to become a pro like himself, since he is quite the professional bowler with great technique and all.
